As well as showcasing the huge range of advice available to you in Bristol, we aim to brighten up Blue Monday and get your year off to a positive start! Free activities will be running all day, and there are plenty of chances to grab yourself freebies and enter our competitions.

Live music from Kit Hawes and Aaron Catlow of Bristol band Sheelanagig will help lift your mood and get you in the mood for making positive changes, and if you’re feeling stressed, why not treat yourself to a free massage from Jitka Godoy of Taiyo therapies or Samantha Mitchell, a therapist with over 15 years’ experience? For anyone who’s feeling brave, there’s the chance to try out some ear acupuncture from Acudetox Plus, or just take some time to relax at one of our mental health mandala workshops.

So why not pop in to the Galleries on January 15th, and put some much needed fun back into Blue Monday?

We’ve got competition prizes totalling over £600 up for grabs, including the chance to tour the King Street Brew House, an hour of archery at Goblin Combe, a Lush hamper worth £35 and goodies from loads of other high street retailers. There’s something for everyone and entering is free!
